A proven record of dispute resolution

Who Should Mediate?

Any person or business involved in any type of legal dispute should consider mediation because of the benefits set out in this website’s “Why Mediate” discussion. Mediation has been successfully used in personal injury and wrongful death actions, business disputes, employment disputes, and professional negligence cases. It has also become common in domestic relations cases where division of property and/or custody issues are of prime concern.

Any business person or individual who wishes to seek resolution of a legal dispute to limit the time, expense, uncertainty and anxiety such a dispute entails should consider mediation as the most effective way to do so.

Mediation is also being used by business people before a lawsuit is filed in business disputes. This is particularly so where there is a desire to preserve a business relationship that may be mutually beneficial in the future despite a current on-going dispute.
